Branden Pegg currently serves as a Specialty Buyer at Piazza Produce, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Branden accumulated extensive culinary experience as an Executive Chef and Sous Chef at Ocean Prime from March 2014 to September 2021, and as a Sous Chef at Morton's The Steakhouse from April 2012 to March 2014. Branden also demonstrated leadership as a Chef at Oh Yumm Bistro between October 2008 and April 2012. Earlier in Branden's career, service was rendered in the United States Air Force as a Voice Network Engineer from October 1999 to October 2006. Branden holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, earned between 2007 and 2008.
