Gosse de Boer is a Port and Marina Engineer at Royal HaskoningDHV since November 2015, specializing in marinas and waterfronts, nautical design and simulations, building with nature around ports and marinas, and port masterplanning. In addition, Gosse serves as the Product Owner for the Royal HaskoningDHV AIS Platform, which enhances port master planning and studies through access to global real-time AIS data. Active in PIANC RecCom since January 2018, Gosse participates in working groups focusing on ecosystem services and sustainable marina design. Previous experience includes roles at TU Delft, where Gosse provided IT support and served as a board member for the student association 'het Waterbouwdispuut,' and involvement with Stichting Delft Challenge as a management team member and skipper. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Hydraulic Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
