Alexey Zaparovanny is a highly experienced Sr Software Engineer with a robust background in robotics and embedded systems, currently working at Piaggio Fast Forward since September 2017. Prior to this role, Alexey served as a Consultant at Tristar Design, focusing on rotorcraft UAV software modeling and PX4 autopilot modifications. Alexey has extensive experience at Aria Insights, Inc., where responsibilities included flight control software and sensor processing, and significant contributions to software/hardware architecture design. Previous positions include senior roles at iRobot, where development for the US Army's Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle was conducted, and Sensormatic/Tyco Safety Products, where access control applications were ported to Windows CE. Alexey began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at Software Emancipation Technology after obtaining a degree in Applied Mathematics from Peoplesā€™ Friendship University of Russia.
