Vasileios Badis is a Java Software Engineer at P&I Hellas since July 2017, specializing in the development and enhancement of the LogaHR platform using technologies such as Java EE, Spring Boot, and React. With a proven track record of managing over 30 projects for German clients and public authorities, Vasileios leads code refactoring initiatives and mentors new team members while ensuring high-quality software solutions. Previously, Vasileios gained experience as an IT Software Engineer at Target & IMC, developing web solutions and providing technical support, and as a Computer Teacher in various educational institutions, where Vasileios taught programming and digital skills. Vasileios holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications.
