Ashley Guo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial at Zipmex since July 2021, Ashley previously held the position of Senior Product Operations Manager. Before joining Zipmex, Ashley worked at ING Australia from July 2017 to June 2021 as a Product Manager and Customer Journey Expert, focusing on Consumer Lending, specifically Personal Loans and Credit Cards. Ashley's career also includes an impactful tenure at KPMG Australia as an Accountant in Data Analytics and a role in Product Development at Max Financial Group. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW, earned between 2014 and 2016.
