Niv Appelbaum has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2022, they work as a Research and Development Engineer at Pi-Cardia. Prior to this, Niv Appelbaum held various roles at the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, including Mechanical Engineering Manager and Mechanical Engineer. In these positions, they conducted FEM simulations, managed projects and teams, and designed complex systems. From 2012 to 2015, Niv Appelbaum worked as a Research Assistant and Visitor Services staff at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. In these roles, they coordinated visits, conducted statistical analyses, and provided guided tours.

Niv Appelbaum completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Niv further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2016 to 2018.
