Volker Jacobi possesses extensive experience in corporate financing and structured finance, currently serving as a financial manager for PHYTEC Messtechnik GmbH since June 2022, responsible for all financing instruments within the group. Previously, Jacobi held the position of Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance for Deutsche Bank in the Northwestern region, as well as serving in leadership roles at Postbank Deutschland, where responsibility included building a specialist team for consortium financing. Prior to that, Jacobi was the Managing Director of Postbank Leasing, overseeing national sales and implementing restructuring programs. The career began at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, where Jacobi established the syndication desk and managed portfolios in international markets including the US and Poland. Academic credentials include a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the University of Cologne.
