Erik Walker has a long and varied work experience. Erik began their career in 2007 as a Software Solutions Engineer at OneVue. Erik then moved to One Call Now in 2012, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Manager. In 2015, they became a Quality Assurance Manager at Send Word Now, and in 2017 they took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer at Halo Health. Erik is currently employed as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Physna, a position they have held since 2021.

Erik Walker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Case Western Reserve University between 2004 and 2008. In February 2021, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In October 2020, they obtained a Sumo Logic Fundamentals Certified certification from Sumo Logic.
