Sneha Upadhyay has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sneha started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Urban Company in July 2018 and later became a Senior Associate and Customer Service Team Leader. In this role, they focused on problem-solving, building standard operating procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve key performance metrics in the supply chain team.
In 2021, Sneha joined Urban Company as a Category Manager, where they successfully launched a pilot category, Personal Chefs in Bangalore. Sneha was responsible for developing a roadmap for the category, optimizing customer conversion and retention rates, and managing the supply and demand for the category. Sneha achieved an 84% customer retention rate and a 30% conversion rate from trial to subscribed customers.
In 2022, Sneha joined Relevel by Unacademy as a Category Manager. Sneha'sresponsibilities included onboarding partners for various roles, launching new courses on the platform, and managing partnerships. Sneha successfully onboarded over 50 partners in a month and played a key role in launching four new courses.
Currently, Sneha is working as a Category Manager at PW (PhysicsWallah) since November 2022, where they are contributing their expertise in managing categories and driving growth.
From 2014 to 2018, Sneha Upadhyay attended Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
