Kavan Pawar currently serves as the Sr. Human Resource Business Partner for the Pune Region at PW (PhysicsWallah) since December 2024, focusing on employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Prior to this role, Kavan held positions as a Human Resources Executive at DigitizeBrand Hub (India) Pvt Ltd and Digital Trainee, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and policies to meet organizational needs from October 2022 to December 2024. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at ADA Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, managing HR operations, and as a Desktop Support Engineer at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited. Kavan is pursuing a degree from Manipal University Jaipur, with previous education at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
