David van der Wal has been working in the engineering and film industries since 2014. Theircurrent roles include Project Engineer at PHYSEE Technologies and Liander, Partnerships Manager at Makerspace Delft, and Field Engineer at Bird Control Group. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Director of Pendulum Films from 2014-2018.

David van der Wal attended Vlietlandcollege from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a VWO degree. David then went on to Delft University of Technology from 2012 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering.
