Pippa Gawley

Non Executive Director at Phycobloom

Pippa Gawley has a diverse work experience in the field of climate tech and deep science innovation. Pippa is a founding partner at Zero Carbon, an organization that invests in early-stage companies working towards fixing climate change through technological advancements. Pippa has also served as a non-executive director at BioZeroc, IONATE, and Phycobloom, where they provided strategic guidance and oversight. Additionally, they have held the role of a board observer at NitroFix, Actuation Lab, and Anaphite, contributing their expertise to these organizations. Pippa is also a co-founder of FiveThirteen, a venture started in 2021. Prior to their roles in these companies, they served as an angel investor at ClearlySo and worked as a climate tech angel investor under their own name.

Pippa Gawley completed their MEng degree in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Cambridge from 1994 to 1998.
