Nina Kreutzberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience management and account supervision. Since July 2017, Nina has held various positions at Phreesia, progressing from Lead Client Experience Manager to Director, Client Experience. Prior to this, Nina worked at AgencyRx from May 2013 to July 2017, where roles included Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive, Digital. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at European Wax Center, where service excellence was a focus, as well as an internship at StrawberryFrog, contributing to major client campaigns and market research initiatives. Nina holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island and has furthered education at the University of Westminster and University Autonoma Barcelona.
