Yuan Hsu has extensive experience in photomask process management, currently serving as Senior Project Section Manager at Photronics since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing EUV, OMOG, Phase-Shift, and Binary photomask processes, achieving significant improvements in yield and cost reduction. Prior to this role, Yuan Hsu was a Senior Process Engineer at DNP from October 2011 to April 2014, focusing on dry etching process management and achieving a low hard defect rate. Yuan Hsu began the career as a Process Engineer at ̨·eëŠ from October 2009 to October 2011, where contributions included managing nitride removal processes and defect reduction in wet clean/etch procedures. Education was obtained from National Tsing Hua University.
