Henry Kemble-Clarkson has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations and project management. Henry currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rift Labs, Kelvin (a Rift Labs brand), and Photosynthetic (a Rift Labs brand), starting in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TECO Solutions as COO Installations from January 2021 to August 2021, overseeing installation projects and managing multiple departments and locations. Henry also served as the Director of Installations at TECO Maritime Group from 2017 to 2021, responsible for all aspects of installation projects and operations. Before joining TECO Maritime Group, they worked at Nordic Made as the Project and Commercial Director for Europe, handling engineering projects and business development from August 2015 to January 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a Principal Naval Architect at WesternGeco AS from 2006 to 2015, and as a Naval Architect at Brevik Engineering AS from 2001 to 2006, where they were involved in marine design projects and the submission of engineering solutions for a range of vessels. Furthermore, they were a Founding Member of Fastlane Holding AS from 2003 to 2005 and a Graduate Trainee Naval Architect at Vosper Thornycroft UK Ltd. from September 2000 to June 2001.

Henry Kemble-Clarkson began their education in 1989 at Harrow School, where they completed their studies in 1994. Following that, they attended Newcastle University from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued an MEng degree in Marine Technology. In 2010 to 2011, Henry enrolled in Lloyds Maritime Academy to obtain a Diploma in Marine Surveying.
