Daniel Small has held various roles in the food industry since 2009. Daniel began their career at Sysco South Florida, Inc. as a Business Development representative. In 2011, they moved to Cheney Brothers Inc. in a similar role. In 2013, they took on the role of Vice President and Culinary Director at Gourmet Kosher. In 2017, they became President and CEO of Spice Society and also held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Bremen Capital Group. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Culinary Officer at Prevailing Path and Advisory Board Director at Photofy. In 2019, they were appointed Vice President Executive Board at MIAMI-DADE REEF-GUARD ASSOCIATION INC. In 2021, they became Corporate Executive Chef at Icebox Pantry, LLC and in 2022, they were appointed Director of Operations at Icebox Cafe, LC.

Daniel Small attended Penn State Harrisburg from 1996 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. Daniel then attended Johnson & Wales University from 1997 to 1998 and obtained a degree in Culinary Arts.
