Michael Warddrip has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Michael started their career with an internship at Intel in 1991 and later worked as a Development Engineer at GrafTech International from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 to 2009, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Process Engineer, where they improved process control, conducted experiments to improve process yields, and mentored new engineers.
In 2009, Michael joined Cascade Microtech as a Manufacturing Engineer and later became the Thin Film Engineering Manager. In this role, they led a team supporting the Thin Film Membrane Manufacturing Line, introduced new products, and increased output of the factory.
From 2018 to 2023, Michael worked at FormFactor Inc. as a Senior Principal Engineer. Michael owned process modules, improved maintenance procedures, developed process flows, and improved plating procedures to increase yield. Michael also justified, installed, and qualified capital equipment.
Currently, Michael is working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Phoseon Technology since 2023.
Michael Warddrip has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA.
