Cass Gray is a seasoned digital producer currently working at PHORIA since July 2022. Previously served as an associate producer at Dinosaur Polo Club from April 2020 to February 2021. Cass played a significant role as chairperson and board member for the New Zealand Game Developer Association between September 2018 and November 2020. Prior experience includes positions at Weta Workshop Ltd from May 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities included assistant events manager, assistant producer, and studio coordinator. Cass began the professional journey at Opaque Media Group, contributing as ground crew from August 2016 to April 2017. Cass holds an advanced diploma in professional game development, specializing in game design and production, obtained from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) between 2016 and 2017.
