Kritika Kalra has worked in various roles since 2015. kritika started their career as a Service Delivery Executive at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as an Event Manager at Parikarma Services where they were responsible for developing marketing plans, online product launch events, developing online marketing strategies, email marketing, social media marketing, branding, event management, business planning, affiliate marketing, people management, vendor management, and eCommerce business support. In 2017, they joined Passion Events as a Wedding Planner and was part of the most memorable day of people's lives. In 2021, they joined Phool.co as Lead Institutional Sales, where they work on the world's first profitable and lean solution to the monumental 'temple-waste' problem.
Kritika Kalra has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Kurukshetra University, which they are currently pursuing. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from DAV College Karnal.
