Steven Seel is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process development and reliability engineering. Currently serving as Process Development Engineering Manager at Phononic since July 2015, Seel previously held multiple leadership roles at Semprius, including Director and Principal Reliability Engineer, from July 2009 to July 2015. Earlier in the career, Seel worked as a Principal Reliability Engineer at Emcore and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Sandia National Laboratories. Seel began their career with a summer internship at Westinghouse Electric Company in 1993. Steven Seel earned a PhD in Materials Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
