Olivia Odum is currently the Customer Success Manager at PhoneTAXX. Prior to this, they were the Mental Health Coordinator for Guilford County Schools, the third-largest school district in North Carolina. In this role, Olivia managed and improved a comprehensive school-based mental health program for 16 schools, serving 9,216 students. Olivia has also worked as a Crisis Case Manager for Salvation Army Center of Hope and as a Behavior Therapist for Butterfly Effects.
Olivia Odum has a masters degree from Baylor University's Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, and a Master of Arts from Arizona State University. Olivia also holds a Bachelor of Science from Bennett College for Women. Olivia is certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and as a Licensed School Social Worker by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Olivia is also certified as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
