Suryakanta Jena has extensive experience in customer relationship management and operations within the digital banking and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Leader at BlackBuck since August 2020, Suryakanta also holds the position of Customer Service Team Lead at PhonePe, where responsibilities include sales development and merchant operations onboarding. Prior experience as a Field Operations Specialist at Mswipe Technologies involved similar roles in sales development and onboarding for a transaction platform. Suryakanta holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from International Polytechnic Institute and completed +2 Science at Budhadev College Udayagiri.
