Matias Rodriguez has worked in the IT field since 2008. Matias began their career as an IT Technician at Posadas Posadas & Vecino. In 2011, they moved to Plan Juntos, where they held the positions of IT Manager and Infrastructure Specialist. In 2014, they became a Computer Teacher at CETP - UTU. In 2015, they joined PayTrue Solutions as a Software Engineer and in 2016 they became an IT Consultant (Senior Software Engineer) at Urudata Software. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Software Engineering at PhoneIQ.

Matias Rodriguez obtained their Master of Business Administration from FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Econ贸micas y de Administraci贸n in 2018-2019. In 2017, they completed their Practioner en PNL, Programaci贸n Neurolinguistica Level 1 from Mentoring Escuela de PNL y Coaching. In 2016, they completed their Specialization in Information Systems and IT Business Management from FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Econ贸micas y de Administraci贸n. Lastly, they obtained their degree in Ingenier铆a en Inform谩tica from Universidad de la Empresa in 2009-2015.
