Patrick Baechler has extensive experience in the software engineering field, particularly in the telecom industry. Since 1999, Patrick has held multiple roles at Phonak, including Manager Application Software, Software Project Manager, Software Architect, and DSP & Embedded Software Engineer. Prior to this, Patrick worked as a Software Engineer at Schmid Telecom from 1997 to 1999 and at Siemens for a brief period in 1998, focusing on technologies such as EWSD, ISDN, and SS7. Patrick holds an Executive MBA in Service Management from PHW Private Hochschule Wirtschaft Zuerich, completed in 2003, and a degree from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil, obtained in 1996.
