Jayme Slager has extensive experience in customer care and electronic data interchange (EDI) within the government services sector, having held various roles at Phonak since February 2005, including Government Services Customer Care Manager, Supervisor, and Senior EDI Coordinator. Prior to this, Jayme completed an internship at Patch.com in 2013. Jayme holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Roosevelt University, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Writing from Lindenwood University, earned in 2004.
