Carlla Archer Carr is an experienced educational and leadership professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as an Emotional Support Instructional Support Aide at Phoenixville Area School District since February 2020, Carlla supports students needing additional emotional assistance in core subjects and non-instructional activities. Additionally, Carlla holds the position of Vice President of Ticktockers for the National Charity League, Inc., overseeing student training and leadership development. Previous roles at Vanguard included Leadership Development Manager and Corporate Training Delivery Manager, where Carlla led cross-functional teams to deliver training programs and manage benefits and global mobility initiatives. Carlla possesses a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
