Kim C. is currently working as a DEI Advisor at Loupe since October 2022. Previously, Kim held leadership positions in human resources at various companies such as The Hillman Group, Procter & Gamble, and served as the Founding President at Girls with GRITcc. Kim also has experience coaching varsity girls basketball teams at Withrow High School and assistant coaching at Mount Notre Dame High School. With an MBA in Human Resources from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Maine, Kim has a strong background in talent management, diversity recruiting, change management, and leadership development.
