Mike Lloyd is a Team Leader and Senior Consultant at Phoenix Resourcing Services Ltd, providing recruitment solutions to the Building Services and Facilities Management sector. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Senior Consultant at Hays Construction and Property, running the construction desk for permanent recruitment in Birmingham and freelance Facilities Management and Maintenance desk in Southampton.
