Helmut Fischer is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in consulting and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant to the Supervisory Board at PHOENIX group since September 2013, Fischer provides strategic advice and supports due diligence efforts in Private Equity projects. Previously held roles include Senior Vice President and CFO at Heidelberg Materials North America, where responsibility included managing a finance team of over 500 employees, and Director of Finance, Controlling & Investor Relations with HeidelbergCement, overseeing significant financial reporting and refinancing projects. Fischer's career began as a Financial Business Analyst at Opel, and education includes a Diplomkaufmann from the University of Mannheim, alongside relevant internships.
