Prior to this, Gabriele was the General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Bonfiglioli. Gabriele has also worked at Coesia S.p.A. as the Deputy General Counsel and at Datalogic as the Head of Legal EMEA and Senior Legal Counsel. Before entering the corporate sector, Gabriele worked as a Legal Counsel at Ducati Motor Holding. Gabriele began their career as a Trainee at Trevisan & Cuonzo Avvocati. Additionally, Gabriele has experience as a Firefighter in the Ministero dell'Interno - Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco, providing rescue and assistance during emergencies.
Gabriele Ricci has a diverse education history. In 2001, they began their studies at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, where they pursued a degree in Law (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) until 2006.
