Ryan Pascual has a diverse range of work experience in various sales roles. Ryan began their career as a Sales Engineer at Daikin AirConditioning Philippines Inc. in 2013, where they handled Dealer Sales for the leading air conditioning company. In 2014, they joined Panasonic as a Product Supervisor and achieved significant over-quota sales. Ryan then worked at Greenology Innovations Inc. as a Business Development Head, establishing new clients and generating new business opportunities in the LPG piping industry. From 2016 to 2018, Ryan served as a Sales Supervisor and Officer in Charge at Mit-Air Inc., tripling sales during their tenure. In 2018, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Senior Sales Engineer, consistently meeting sales targets and developing new accounts. Finally, Ryan joined Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. in 2018, starting as a Senior Sales Account Manager and earning promotion to Assistant Sales Manager in 2022. In this position, they managed engine oil/lubricant distribution and achieved top sales performance, business development, and continuous improvement projects.

Ryan Pascual pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines from 2008 to 2013.
