Lee Holm is an experienced executive with a strong background in marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Phoenix Marketing International since November 2002, Lee previously held the position of Vice President at AXA Financial from 2000 to 2002, where responsibilities included leading the Customer Relationship Management Group. A substantial portion of Lee's career was spent at Citibank and its affiliated companies, ranging from Vice President to Senior Vice President roles in strategic insights for US credit cards. Earlier experience includes serving as Market Research Director at Colgate Palmolive from 1990 to 1995. Lee holds a degree from Northwestern University.
