In 2016, Ms. Nabors began her career in government contracting at Westover Air Reserve Base, in Chicopee, MA where she worked as a Quality Control Manager. In 2018, she was able to transition, under PMI’s management of the contract, taking on the additional roles of Deputy Project Manager and Safety Manager.

Prior to working in government contracting Ms. Nabors worked for a Fortune 500 company for eight years where she provided Human Resources support for two separate facilities employing approximately 150 employees. Ms. Nabors is also a US Army Veteran having served the country in deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq under Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

Currently, as HR Manager/Operations Manager, her responsibilities include among other things Management of company-wide HR actions, Management of Contract Operations, AAP and OSHA reporting, Small Business Contracting Plan reports, union negotiations & grievances, security, training, recruiting, overseeing E-Verify compliance across contracts, and assisting in contract start-up and shut down.
