Malia Ritz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, technical support, tutoring, and leadership roles in retail and education. Currently, Malia serves at The Bergmann Group as a Customer Support and Technical Support and Training specialist, while also providing technical support at both Phoenix LTC and Waterloo Healthcare. In addition, Malia tutors English as a Second Language with VIPKid, focusing on students aged 3-16.
