Dre Howes has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Dre started their career in 2006 at Industrial Downtime Solution, where they worked as a Welder and Industrial Mechanic. During this time, they collaborated with the engineering team, prioritizing safety and quality while implementing welding and fabrication procedures. In 2012, they joined Miami Diver as a Dive Supervisor and Commercial Diver. Dre excelled in this role by ensuring the qualifications and preparedness of divers, preparing comprehensive reports, and managing equipment maintenance. In 2015, Dre joined Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. as a Commercial Diver. Here they oversaw diving projects, managed personnel and contractors, and reported daily expenses to the executives. Dre continued with the company, transitioning to the role of Project Manager in 2021. Currently, they are responsible for managing projects at Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. with their focus on ensuring successful outcomes.
Dre Howes has a diverse education history. In 2002, they obtained their High School Diploma from Roanoke Valley Christian. Dre continued their education in 2011 at the Commercial Diving Academy, where they obtained a degree as an Air/mixed gas commercial diver with a focus on underwater construction and ship maintenance. In 2016, Dre attended both Lagersmit and Wartsila Maritime Academy to become a Bonding Technician. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Air/Mixed Gas Commercial Diver from the Commercial Diving Academy in 2011, ADCI Surface supplied air diving supervisor from the Association of Diving Contractors International in 2014, and several welding certifications from various institutions. Dre's education and certifications demonstrate their dedication to the fields of commercial diving and bonding technology.
