Cathy Young currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Phoenix Healthcare LLC, overseeing six facilities in Oklahoma since April 2009. Committed to enhancing quality care and positive outcomes for skilled and long-term care residents, Cathy works closely with frontline staff and facility management. With a background as a Nursing Director at Tulsa Nursing Center from 1982 to 2009, Cathy holds multiple certifications including board certification in gerontology, an active nursing administrators license, RAC-CT, and RAC-CTA for MDS 3.0. Educational achievements include an RN degree from Tulsa Community College, various certifications from AAPACN, a degree in Legal Nurse Consulting from Oklahoma State University, and a Wound Care Certification from the Wound Care Education Institute.
