Leslie Banks USPTA, PPR, serves as a USPTA Elite Professional at Phoenix Country Club since August 2020 and has held multiple leadership roles, including Founder and Executive Director of Serve the Future since January 2021, and SWPTA Phoenix District Coordinator since January 2022. With extensive experience in coaching and mentoring, Leslie has also worked as a Consulting Specialist, Tennis Coach, and Mentor at BAAL1 LLC since September 2019. Previous positions include USPTA Professional at Phoenix Tennis Center and Scottsdale Community Parks, and Tennis Professional at Indian School Parks and Westside Tennis & Fitness. Leslie revitalized the Junior Program at Lakeside Country Club post-Hurricane Harvey by developing an engaging curriculum and overseeing USTA Jr Team Tennis teams. Leslie holds a Master of Arts in History from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Idaho, complemented by studies at Youngstown State University.
