Surgical Director, Heart Transplantation And Mechanical Circulatory Support at Phoenix Children's Hospital

Roosevelt Bryant serves as the Surgical Director of Heart Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support at Phoenix Children's Hospital since August 2019. Previously, Roosevelt held positions as Associate Professor of Surgery at The University of Cincinnati School of Medicine and Surgical Director of the Heart Transplant Program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where responsibilities included overseeing congenital heart surgery and thoracic transplantation. Roosevelt's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Professor of Surgery at The University of Minnesota Amplatz Children's Hospital and directing the Pediatric Heart Transplant Program. Roosevelt earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Boston University School of Medicine.
