Megan Hespos is a seasoned professional in the fragrance industry with extensive experience in fragrance development and evaluation. Currently serving as Senior Fragrance Development Manager at Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances since October 2022, Megan previously held prominent positions including Director of Fragrance Evaluation at Sozio, Inc. from July 2012 to October 2022, and Director of Marketing and Fragrance Evaluation at Alpine Aromatics from 2005 to October 2022. Earlier in their career, Megan worked as Associate Marketing Manager at Symrise from 1998 to 2004. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, earned between 1993 and 1997.
