Alicia McCallum, MA, CPG, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at PAI, overseeing $6.5 million in day and employment services for 265 vulnerable adults with intellectual developmental disabilities since May 2019. Prior to this role, Alicia held the position of Vice President of Operations at the Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities, where Alicia was involved in public policy advocacy efforts. Alicia's extensive experience includes managing $36 million in consumer-directed services at Lifeworks Services, Inc., and programmatic revenue at Opportunity Partners, alongside various roles in direct support and service management. Alicia earned a Master's degree in Gerontology from Bethel University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Winona State University.
