Jeanette Hartzell has extensive experience in financial counseling and recreation management. Since August 2017, Jeanette has served as a Financial Counselor at Phoebe Ministries, where responsibilities include providing financial guidance and support. Prior to this role, Jeanette was the Director of Park Recreation for Nazareth Borough from June 2004 to August 2014, overseeing recreational programs and community engagement initiatives.
