Celeste O'Mealy has extensive experience in the nutrition and healthcare fields, having served as a Dietetic Technician at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management from August 2020 to November 2023, and previously as a Dietetic Assistant at University of California San Diego Health. Other roles include Certified Phlebotomist at the San Diego State University Research Foundation and Graduate Research Assistant at both San Diego State University and DNA Resonance Research Lab. Celeste O'Mealy began the career in the food service industry as a Food Server at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from San Diego State University and Middle Tennessee State University, and an Associate of Science from Volunteer State Community College, along with Licensure as a Phlebotomy Technician.
