Melina Di Salvo is a highly experienced UX UI and Brand Leader, currently managing the UX UI & Branding teams at Estudio Pepper and Phinx Lab since August 2023 and April 2022, respectively. With a strong background in project management and design, Melina previously held roles at Squad SRL and the Municipalidad de San Carlos de Bariloche, where significant contributions were made to optimize design processes and implement software projects. Melina has also served as a Digital Marketing Professor at Instituto Superior Patagónico and was involved in educational innovation and marketing strategy development. Earlier experience includes positions at Agencia Lumba, Telefónica, and Wayra, reflecting a solid foundation in marketing and transformation digital initiatives. Melina holds several degrees in UX Design, Marketing, and Business Administration.
