Nicole Ensink, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager for US Shared Services at PHINIA since July 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Nicole previously held senior roles at BorgWarner Inc., including Sr. HR Business Partner for Global Functions & Total Rewards. Earlier positions at Delphi Technologies involved various HR roles, from HR Business Partner to HR Generalist. Nicole's career began at McDonald's Corporation as a Swing Manager, and initial HR experience was gained as an intern at EEI Global. Nicole holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Oakland University.
