Peter Zajic is currently the Head of HR at philoro EDELMETALLE. Prior to this role, Peter worked at Allianz Österreich in various HR positions focusing on reward & performance, HR controlling & reporting, recruiting & employer branding, and talent sourcing & recruiting. Peter also gained experience in HR through internships at WESTbahn Management GmbH. Peter holds a Master of Arts in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management and Arbeitsrecht from FH Burgenland, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Unternehmensführung - Entrepreneurship from FHWien der WKW.
