M. Chad Staheli is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Philo Ventures since September 2020, and Chairman of the Board at Summit Vista since October 2021, Staheli has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and strategic growth. Additionally, Staheli founded Vere Capital in September 2017 and served as its Managing Partner. Prior experience includes founding and leading Southern Red Sands as CEO from April 2018 to April 2020 and serving as VP & General Counsel for National Surgical Hospitals from April 2007 to September 2017. M. Chad Staheli holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a JD from BYU Law School, and a PhD in Education Leadership from Brigham Young University.
