Nikki Hodges, CAM, currently serves as a Senior Property Manager and Corporate Trainer at Phillips Management Group since July 2019, where responsibilities have included managing properties and training talent. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Community Manager at Greystar from December 2016 to March 2019, an Assistant Manager at Living Well Homes from September 2014 to December 2016, and a Property Manager at NHE, Inc. from June 2012 to May 2014. Nikki began a career in property management at Mid-America Apartment Communities from October 2000 to July 2006 as a Property Manager. Educational background includes studies at Aiken Technical College from 1991 to 1993 and completion of a program at Real Estate School for Success.
