Michał Cendrowski has a vast work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Michał started their career as a Sales Representative at DON TRADING LIMITED in 1997 and later moved to Nestlé as a Sales Representative in 1998. In 1999, they joined mBank S.A. as a Corporate Manager, where they were responsible for financial tasks, customer acquisition, and maintaining high service standards. Michał achieved notable recognition in 2004 by winning the award for "Corporate Financing Transaction of the Year." In 2009, they transitioned to Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. as a Branch Director until 2012. At Magellan S.A., they held multiple roles from 2012 to 2017, including Major Account Manager for Poland and Manager of the Western Region of Poland (hospitals). Michał then worked at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego as a Specialist in Development Projects until 2019. Currently, they are a Key Account Manager at Phillips Industries, joining in 2019.

Michał Cendrowski earned their Master's degree from the University of Lodz. Michał attended from 1993 to 1998, specializing in the management of Joint-Stock Companies. The degree was obtained from the School of Management and Marketing.
