Tara Schatz has extensive experience in coaching, customer solutions, and aquatic management. As a Shakeology Coach at Beach Body from June 2015 to July 2020, Tara motivated individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles. Prior to that role, Tara served as Pool Manager, Head Lifeguard, and Head Swim Lesson Instructor at Sharonville Recreation Center from June 2007 to September 2014, enhancing communication skills and stroke analysis for swimmers. In the current role at Phillips Edison & Company since March 2013, Tara has held multiple titles, including Senior Customer Solutions Specialist and Senior Tenant Account Specialist. Additionally, Tara contributed as an Assistant Swim Coach at Great Miami Valley YMCA from December 2011 to December 2012, gaining insights into aquatic programming and member engagement.
