Lindsie Kirwan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in lease and property accounting. Currently serving as Lease Accounting Manager and Property Accounting Team Lead at Phillips Edison & Company since June 2019, Lindsie has advanced through various roles including Senior Property Accountant. Prior experience includes a Senior Accountant role at RetireMed and positions at Enterprise Holdings where Lindsie served as both Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Lindsie began the accounting career as a Property Accountant at Associated Estates Realty Corp. Lindsie holds a Master of Business Administration from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the same institution, alongside an earlier Bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University.
